Default Fiat Grande Punto 1.3 Multijet 75 HP remap problem

    Hello.
    Here is a problem:
remap from 75 to 90 HP, safe mode turned on with following error codes:
    P0748 Pressure control solenoid "A"
P0095 Intake Air temperature sensor 2 circuit bank 1
    P0045 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control "A" Circuit / Open
P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation "A" Flow Insufficient Detected

Clean codes but no lucky as they appear again back and also safe mode again.
Reflash original file, clean errors, everything ok.
Remap file is officially made for HW/SW of My car ECU.

Note that I have problems with safe mode sometime but cant connect it with anything as there is no particulare state when it will put it in safe mode (egr is off in original map).

    Any idea? Pressure control?
    Thank You

If with your original you have no problem, is a bad tuning....

Problem fixed. It was EGR. Removed and software disabled. Map flashed, no problems at all.
    Thanks
