My file in attachments. Because i want pull up RPM because when i go 51km/h car put 5 gear. and RPM drop to 1350-1400RPM i want pull it on 1700-1800RPM. also i have log you can see km/h vs RPMs.

Test and report. I change only upshift 4 to 5 gear. Let the tool correct the checksum.
