Opel Vectra C problem with air conditioning

Hello. I have a problem with starting the vetrca C air conditioning.
I am doing a relay test from the air conditioning coil and you can hear the gas pressure is 670kPa and it shows a voltage of 1.2V.
And when he wants to turn on the air conditioning on the panel, there is no reaction. Can anyone help??

2) check engine computer still has a/c in the settings

The air conditioning is on in the engine ecu and other modules. I ordered another module and we'll see what happens.
