Rover 25 2003 lost key + EKA code

Hi guys,
I need help for this car.
Lost all keys. After door opening the alarm was ON
The eka code is 4857.
I entered it and the alarm stopped.
After that I waited 10min, open the door but the car not start (deep beep from the dashboard) and I can't program new remote because the immobiliser still active.
I tried the 4958 but still same
Any idea?

Is this pektron or Lucas?
pektron has round-ish keys - this you will have to remove immo box and do via eeprom. Box behind passenger climate unit. BTW be careful if car fitted with aircon. Maybe better to scrap car.
