VW transporter T5 1.9 tdi AXB turbo upgrade. Now I need remap please.

Hi all I done project and upgraded turbo for my 2006 transporter t5 1.9 tdi. Axb engine 105 bhp.I replaced my stock turbo to turbo from audi a6 1.9 tdi awx 130 bhp engine. Now I need proper remap but not remap from untested files. Maybe some can give me a help and proper configurate it with winols? I already had few remap files, without proper luck. I was told that with 130 bhp. turbo can easy get around 160-170 bhp.Ori. file will be attached soon. Guys let me know if you can do it. Thanks for your help in advance.

I'm not sure what injector's are in yours but you will need to calibrate the duration maps for extra fuel, I guess you will also need a 3 bar map sensor as again I presume your's will be 2.5 bar and on the limit, Not sure on N75 map might have to log, depending on how much duration you add you may need to calculate EOI and adjust SOI.

I've only worked on the A3 / Golf platform so asz / arl, so not sure what turbo is on the awx as some have a BV39 ( my memory maybe wrong), I can build a map for you but see what map sensor you have.

Hi thanks for reply yes my MAP is 2.5 bar and turbo is GT1749V also guys from dark side developments told me that my stock injectors can reach 180 bhp easy.Did I have to buy 3 bar map sensor?Or 2.5 will be enought?Can you map my ori. if I post it to pm.Thanks in advance.

2.5 will be ok for a gt1749v, asz 130 ( golf ect) it's a gt1749va so 2.5 bar will be no good, on the V 1.4 - 1.45 max in the peak torque is max IMO

But you will only make around 150bhp on a GT1749V, for 160 - 170bhp you will need a GT1749VA

This is easy to do replace the 2.5bar sensor for the 3bar even tho this turbo wont see 2bar of boost but its just to give it the head room.

Get a standard awx file and copy over the n75 configuration, map sensor linearization and map it as per usual you will see around 150 at a push if you change the injectors to the awx ones then yes you could possible see upto 170 as the standard pd105 injectors are ~~~~ and your maxing them out at 160 and wont last long with the amount of duration you need.

ps no idea why darkside have said you can get 180 from them is ridicules not a chance they even advice you to get pd130 injectors to push 180 on there site

Maybe you can give me a help of course not for free to do stage 1 remaps to my audi a4 b7 1.8t petrol and audi s3 2.0 tsi CDLA engine remaps.
