    Default Delco E83 programming

    Meriva B 2011
    14xer engine
    ecu Delco E83

Org ecu death, component burned inside.
Replacement ecu, i changed vin, and changed pin using FVDI, succesfull.
Still it does not start, or allow me to program it to the bcm.

There are no dtc in bcm.

    Only dtc in ecu.
    P0513 immobilzer key incorrect
    P0633 immobilzer key not programmed
    P1631 immobilzer wrong signal

    P0315 crankshaft pos,,
    P080A clutch posi not learned,,

I erased and reprogrammed the 1 remote key.
    That did not change anything.

Opcom clone, does not have a programming option for bcm, neither does fvdi.
    Launch easydiag, no prog options.

I have tried ktag and galletto.
    Nothing from the org ECU.
No response in the Car, so reboot by pinout, you mean kess?

I Will look for a new component, and put that in.
Maybe then, i can Read it.

How can i program a new ECU.
There is no option to program ecu to bcm in opcom clone.
Or i am not using the correct opcom version!

This delco io terminal option is about 580€.
If i have these cars in my shop often, then yes.

So option 1 i wil try to repair the driver.
Option 2, i already changed vin and pin, so then the dealer can fix it? (or does it need to be in unlocked state)

    Thank you guys

    Thank you,
If the old ecu whas readable, then that would a option.
I whas told there is a eeprom on the flip side, so i took the allready broken ecu apart.
There is a eeprom like component, but i can not read it.
3202V PHSQ is written on it.
So my guess is that all data is in the MPC5565.

If only i new, what tool would allow me to program the bcm, to the ecu.

    Default Delco E83 programming

Immo is in emulated eeprom...you must unlock ecu in order to be virgin and then program it to other car. Ioterminal can do it for sure. If you have read ecu post files.

For those who dont know, and for future help.
First you need to program immo function from the start in areas which has pin(may be bcm, cim, dash, srs)
then program key.Last thing to do,is to adapt ecu to immo.If you adapt ecu without doing these steps first. Then you get immo codes, even if its with the same pin programmed.
If i Helped you,use thanks and rep button to thank me back

Please repeat this steps more detailed. Example:
1.Use FVDi to reset engine ecu E83
    2. enter pin code from car to engine ecu using FVDI
    3. program already working key to BCM again with some tool
    Its this enough ?
    Or how?
    Thank you
