    Default Vp44 Problem, Error P1630

    I have a problem with the VP44 injection pump, PSG5 electronics.
    Car Opel Astra G 2.0 DTI

    The transistor was burned out.
    It was replaced with an IRLR3705Z


    After folding, the pump still does not deliver fuel.


    Error P1630 occurs.


    The voltage on pins 6 and 7 is -> 12V


    What could be wrong ?

    Maybe the transistor is faulty again . Isolation on the wires to e valve ? The gate of transistor to the capacitor near IC is ringing ?

    The transistor's gate is directly soldered to the capacitor.


    The pipes from the valve, which often break, have been insulated with a thermocouple
