My parcel stuck in Germany last 2 days, any one got an idea what we suppose to do when delivery date not available from DHL.

I have vvdi2 and vvdi prog gone AWOL with DHL........ supposed to be delivered last Friday from Germany to Ireland.....was shipped from Czech Republic on Monday reached Germany Tuesday and disappeared since.....no info since.
