0da 0pa File Questions

I hope everyone is well.


Is it possible to combine a 0da and 0pa file into a flash-able bin? This is for the siemens ems2k ecu.


I understand that the 0pa files contain the maps, if i convert them to a bin file. Then import them into winols the memory addresses are incorrect (maps should start at 70000) is there any way to make these match up with a bin that is read from mpps for example?


I have attached the 0da/0pa files for my TYP-NR and HW-NR (7512951,7527610).
