or i need to swap the eeprom and flash ? Thanks guys

its an old ecu, eeprom it should be enough (if the sw is the same....)

Your photo is poor quality. If both ecu´s have same part number 036906034GN (MM4MV), just copy eeprom. Or take out from damaged und put to spare ecu. If partnumber of spare ecu is different, but MM4MV also, just copy eeprom and flash. Or take out both and put to spare. If your spare ecu is other type, like MM4LV for example, just forget it and buy other ecu, best same part number. :-)
