BMW F25 X3 2010 2.0d Manual Strange problem after Carwash

Hello guys , i have a problem with 2010 BMW X3 F25 2.0d Manual gearbox after carwash. When i start the engine all is ok , but when i close the driver door - DSC and ABS lights comming on , Message for Reverse light bulb , Engine shuts off , Navigation is dimming... When the engine is idling and i press lock / unlock buttons on the smart key - the result is the same. After this the car have stored next DTCS :

some time ago i have a bmw F01() with all lights on after car wash ...light from left rear door handle water damage and for this all car is down ....what a pice of shit...
