Car started once and has not started again.
It does not have a fault code, nor does it have a 14-digit IMMO ID. Is it the solution for this type of vehicle?

This is tested solution....like Brend says...change pump...
...from my experience,if pump stay out of engine long time...is useless.

I have found an ecu motor with the same reference, but the flash is totally different. I'll try to rewrite my ecu, it might improve the situation.

The pump is remanufactured, it has no label on the ecu, but the ref. On the metal part is 047050603.
The pump was bought by the owner of the car and asked me to code it.
