Dodge Journey 2.0 CRD -need help!

Hi everyone,
I have switched off EGR and DPF in my ecu bin, but im not sure its done properly.
I wanted to make a stage 1 modification, but this is too much for me, i dont know what to do
Can someone look into this file and help me with stage 1?

Hi need some help Dodge Journey 2.0 CRD 6DCT450 (Getrag) SXT 2009 FWD

Have problems with Turbo no Boost.
No OBD2 Fault codes
Launch at Live Data show ''Red data'' on All Boost Values, on all 3 sensors ~1000 KPa at 0-660 KPa aloved (Also on not working engine)
Also Current terminal 15 Voltage are Wrong ~120 V Without working engine ~140 Volts At Working engine

Battery voltage is ok 12 and 14 Volts

No information about previous Flashing ECU (Seams DPF OFF and RGR OFF) My Feeling there is some thing wrong Wits Flash or ECU it self.
I read Flash by KessV2

Is there anyone here who can compare Flash?
No stage required-Just stock without DPF and EGR ( Swirl flaps seams work, must be checked in flash)

Or maybe there is some problem with ECU -Suggestions are welcome. Also ECU pinot P05094821AE GHY41 to Check some values with multimeter

Hey did you manage to sort this problem out or come to any conclusion? I’m surprised at how similar my problem is to yours.

I have 123V at Terminal 15 and my boost & exhaust pressure sensors are reading 1,000~ KPA even with the engine off. I have changed the Exhaust sensor and Map sensor, checked the wiring and even changed the ECU but this hasn’t fixed the problem.

Maybe it is something to do with terminal 15 but I’m not sure where to find this.

I also have the same car and engine.
