    Default Efi Live to bin

    Hi Guys,

recently I've found application called Efi Live, it's a tool that allow to read ecu's and maps, and perform modifications.
Unfortunately it allow only to save ecu in their format (.ctz) which is unreadable for any other applications and can be imported to car only via their tool and interface.

Does any of you have/know any way to convert the .ctz back to .bin?
    My car is Opel Astra J 1.4 Turbo 140km (A14NET) Delco E78

This is ONLY one application that I've found that is able to read this ECU.
WinOLS doesn't have any proper damos for it and it's unable to perform any modifications.

Apart from WinOLS there is nothing else available for free that can modify the ECU :/
I need it only for private usage for my personal car.

I don't have any target yet, just want to be able to read the ECU and later think about some modifications, I am after chip tunning, and it cause some issues for my car and I was planning to correct/adjust it and re-test.

Thank you in advance for any assistance,
    Michael.

Or maybe anyone can give some info how I can read Delco E78 ecu? WinOLS read it, but damos that is available in network isn't good enough for every SW/HW version of e78. The addresses change.
Any other app that can read/edit delco e78 and save.
