Writing key into astra h CIM dump

Can someone pls help me. I want to write a astra h key into the cim dump with with hex editor.I can read the dump. I can read the pin. Having issues programming a key via obd. It is refusing. Original key is lost. I want to manually ad it into the dump. Have zed bull mini, cn900, xhorse vvdi key programmer, opcom, upa programmer and tl866ll. I do not know how and where to ad it manually in hex or software. Please assist and explain to me how to do it please. Also I am using a carbon transponder chip.

What type of key are you trying to add ? It needs a PCF7941 (DESIGNED FOR ASTRA H NOT CORSA D !!!) ,Works flawless with opcom /fvdi clone .

also make sure your antenna coil is properly screwed in because either you manage to add key to dump it will fail recognizing the new key .

Received a vvdi key from a friend/locksmith. One of those ones that you can program yourself. He prepared it for me. But its not working. Refuse to program. With Abrites or opcom. In my business I rely heavily on opcom. Heavily and I know it will work. it always does. Bit this CIM is refusing to accept any key. I also deleted all existing keys but still no avail. Am now trying a superchip. Was able to successfully clone another astra h and it worked. Car stars. So now wanna use the same chip. Have already tried but still nothing. That's why I want to manually ad the key into dump. I program keys always but this vehicle is fighting me. Unless I'm making a error when preparing the transponder. Pls assist. Otherwise wanna write into dump. I am not a locksmith. We run a opel specialized workshop so I do all programming,immo off,ecu repairs, pin reading and eeprom/mcu readings myself. If I can successfully program via obd then doing it into hex is not needed. However still want that skill as it is a valuable ad on to my toolkit. Pls assist

VVDI or KD or any other key would not work for Astra H . YOU need original or clone oem PCF7941 as i showed you in the picture .This is one of the easiest jobs you can do,with pincode and proper key 2 minute job.Do not waste any more minutes and get a proper key

Only problem is I have cloned a key with vvdi and it worked. I did it yesterday on the other astra h and it worked perfect. So I slightly disagree with you here.

CLONING ,yes ,i cloned myself BUT you said you want to program to CIM module.There is a HUGE difference in programming a key into imobiliser and sniffing data signal and cloning a chip.

A oem clone key with remote is 15$ btw

So I cannot use xhorse vvdi mini key to generate any transponder and code it. Only a complete pre generated 7941 complete keyfob key will work here?

YES ,when you want to program a key to imobiliser thekey needs to be oem (because it is precoded for astra h) .If you want to clone it after you can succesfully clone it with KD X2/KEY TOOL and so on ........simple math .........
