    Default 7-speed DSG 0AM problem

We are car electricer and we have problem with VW Jetta 1.6 TDI. CAYC engine code.
    Please help me!

    Mileage: 126.000 km, year: 2010
    VCDS auto transmission:
Address 02: Auto Trans Labels: 0AM-927-769.clb
    Part No SW: 0AM 300 048 P HW: 0AM 927 769 D
    Component: GSG DSG AG7 402 2670
    Revision: 00040024 Serial number: TFK01001211184
    Coding: 0000020
    Shop #: WSC 31060 000 1048576

    Prehistory:

So sorry my little english knowledge. The car worked without any problems. Customer stopped, then did not start any more. we found that the transmission electronics were burnt and the hydraulics maybe damaged.(we couldn’t diagnose the dsg electronic because electronic immediately knocked out the fuse.)
So we took down the mechatronics. we wanted to be sure, so we sent it to a company, which specially repairs these. We thought it might have burned from something, so it could have been another problem. So another repair service repaired the transmission.

    now:
    - Transmission repaired (with NEW BEARINGS, they were worn out for some reason.)
    - NEW CLUTCH
    - Mechatronics repaired

    We assembled the car.
We didn’t do a basic settings because a lot of people said it didn’t work out, or it used to go wrong afterwards.
We test the car. Good, the car switched gears nicely, unnoticed, smoothly.
After a few kilometers (10-30 km) when I speeds up sometimes little vibration. Sometimes the second gear switch to third gear and after. later also appeared in 5th gear. it was a stronger shock. usually was completely smooth, when changed back grade smooth too.
After 120 km it appears more and more often. In all grades. We tested at 7. gears, sometimes RPM jumps but the car does not accelerate. it’s like pushing the clutch. As if clutch slipping. As if accidentally depressing the clutch sometimes half or fully. But shifts working good.

We disassembled it again, we think maybe oil got in the clutch. but not!
We reassembled. We lifting the car and start the engine and choose D gear. idle power. mechatronics is constantly moving the lever. It is good? Or maybe mechatronics several times pushed the clutch?

THEN we did BASIC SETTINGS with VCDS.
    Everything good, basic settings succesful!
    We use this instructions: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index...rbox_(DSG/0AM)
We get 254 0 0 so succesful basic settings.

But the problem was not changed.

    What could be the problem?

Maybe the electronics were repaired badly? Or mechanic problem?
I don't have original data. I don't know the company what did with it. (I'll call on Monday.)

    Thank you very much!
