my radio is always locked.. i try to wait 2hours but is still locked. Can someone help me to unlocked ?

I join the dump eeprom 95256.

The display from the radio shows RADIO LOCKED, when it is not compatible nr vin in dasboard, UCH or radio. UCH was exchanged. It is necessary to add a compatible vin number.
