Default Golf 3 93s56 eeprom adjust

Hello, I want to adjust the mileage in a gollf 3 motometer dashboard, I was able to read the eeprom (93s56) and calculate the correct mileage with tachosoft,
but now I don't quite understand what to adjust, there are many numbers but I don't know where to put them, can someone explain this?

    thanks

Post picture of dash. Is your dash Motormeter or VDO?? Which plug white or gray??

This is for motometer dash sw4.0-6.0 1991-1996 model year golf 3

The mileage is stored in the next lines:
    0000: 0E 12 05 60 0F 12 05 61 10 12 05 62 11 12 05 63
    0010: 12 12 05 64 13 12 05 65 0D 12 05 50 0E 12 05 51
    0020: 0F 12 05 52 10 12 05 53 11 12 05 54 12 12 05 55
    0030: 13 12 05 56 14 12 05 57 15 12 05 58 16 12 05 59
    where the next bytes:
all shown bytes is a mileage

past this into dump to get 275000km's:

    0E2750000F2750011027500211275003
    12275004132750051427500615275007
    16275008172750090F27501010275011
    11275012122750131327501414275015

    eeprom 93c56

IIRC this dash can be done through service plug if the car is pre obdII.
