A Toyota Highlander 2020 model needs PCM replacement, brand new pcm. Any information on the procedure?

Hi. I suggest a service. Because I know life. They do not sell you a new ECU at ASO. Part Protection Program. It has an exclusive service for 3 years. And they don't sell Ecu themselves. So that you do not have virgin soft from Ecu. You just have to make them earn. Best regards

I am not sure I get your point. I don't need to buy s new ecu since I have one already, just need information on programming it.

Engine PCM? If smart key only VIN add to engine ecu by Techstream and nothing else..

try this. put your new ecu and connect in dlc connector pin 4 an 13 togheter for 40 min. start car.
