    Have you got the DNS server information set up correctly? If you can ping your router from a telnet session, then try

    traceroute _www.yahoo.com

    remove the '_' form in front of www btw

    It will probably come back with unknown. Means your DNS servers aren't set.

    I see. Ok well you have obviously been through the network confiiguration.

    Setup->System->Network Setting->DNS Settings

    The DNS information in there should be the same as the DNS settings on your computer.

    May also need to set your router/default gateway in network setup as well.

    Don't worry everyone starts somewhere. Enable the Local Area Network Connection, and save the changes, then retry. If you're using DHCP then then everything including DNS and router etc is taken care of.

    Cheers

    I would have been more inclined to use the wired LAN connection, rather than the wireless. I've not got wireless so don't know anything about it tbh. If you had a cable into your LAN, with DHCP set it should just pick IP, router and DNS settings from that.

    Sorry I can't help on the wireless.

    No that sounds right, although you have wireless on it and no LAN cable., from all you've said.

    What you could do is download the ipk file for cccam. FTP it up to the /tmp directory on your DM, then use the file browser on the DM to install it from the /tmp directory.

    Cheers
