opel corsa c dashboard vin number

hi all i have dashboard from opel corsa c ( vdo 09166814FL)
i want put new vin number on dashboard but dont have any communication with dashboard.
can i connect direct dashboard with pc and put new vin nuber?
if can with what machine can make this job?

OP-COM works. Check Firmware. V1.39?

Its not gona work cause you not gma find v1.39. its outdated and discontinued long time. Just download vauxcom and use with opcom interface. Works perfectly.

I have changed all in this car
Immo,key etc i put new vin on all components but on dashboard not take the vin
sorry my mistake the opcom say ecu and bsm is ok now i have problem only with dashboard
