Keydiy x2 error

I tried everything. 4 different connections cable and more than one remote B and Nb, knowing that all connections and remotes work well with kd900. Always the same massage ( Error Remote is not found , check whether the 6p remote cable is connected well , Please try with another 6p cable ( the one connect KD device and remote ) ( 0011 ) . app : v7.6.5 firmware : 02.05.02.16 , ID : 11269)

Two possible reasons:
- defect in the 6 pin port
- defect in the IC electronics
You can measure the voltages of the port - if is abnormal (compare with your KD900) then it is the IC that has failed.
If there is absolutely no voltage at the port then it could be the port itself. But I'm betting on the IC.
