fiat panda 2004 - remote key learning

hi all, i know years ago these were only do able with remote via TMPRO , is that still the case? nothing can precode and learn the key including remote functionality like autel or obdstar vvdi2 etc?

is the eeprom readable via OBD?

never bothered with one of these before.

Only TMPro for Remote key precoding, with other Tools it won't work.
Eeprom can be read by OBD no problems, I use AVDI for it, and TMPro recognizes the file correctly

Which version of software? I have SVCI 2020 with Fiat software version 5.7.

AVDI can't precode Remote for Fiat Panda 169, it can only precode the Transponder part, it obviuosly can prepare a virgin Remote Key but then when you program it the Car will only start, remote won't work.
The only Tool capable of Remote precoding is TMPro2 with Fiat Panda BSI Siemens module.
