I have some dash cams that are supposed to give speed camera alerts and they do not because the firmware is too old.

These were originally sold as the "RAC 05" by the RAC. They were sourced from Proofcam who have gone tits up so nothing available there.

The cameras are the same as the Aguri DX 1000:

But though Aguri have firmware for most of their products they do not have it for the DX1000 and do not respond to requests for it.

I could take the firmware off by removing the memory and reading it then copying it back in but the only one I have with the correct firware crashes when it tries to write video to the microSD so I would rather have a working one without speed cameras than a brick.

So, does anyone have one of this type of camera and have firmware for it or a link to download it.
