Possibly bad eeprom read. Try to read it with different programmer, if the same thing happens then the file is not supported by AVDI Toyota dump tool.

I can read eeprom sir with Wellon Programmer. This eeprom is 93c66 not 93c86.

DTC code B2799-790 is I think Immo ID box and smart box ID code did not match. How to match ID code?

Write virgin file to ID Code then adapt with OBD programmer.
