Nissan qashqai broken ECU

I have a problem,
I don't even want to explain myself but I broke the ECu with the Nissan Qashqai. All because of the rush and routine.
Bosch EDC16CP33 driver Nissan Qashqai 2.0 dci 150KM , MANUAL TRANSMISSION
2008year. ECu No .: 0281013855 soft from the sticker 1039S21009
I read and write dump with Kess after obd but I did not put the key in the ignition and unfortunately now the car does not start. In a panic, I started uploading various batches and now he does not see the driver at all.
After bdm there is a reading but it is no longer the original. Can anyone tell me what to do now? Do you need to upload a whole other bdm and adjust the driver or will it be enough flash?
Please give me a hint and possibly some files.

what did u use for bdm read? i only see 1 file inside bdm read archive....

1. do eeprom read with bdm
2. make mpc read with bdm...post both files here.

Eeprom file should be ok. only on edc17 u get broken eeprom, when writing with obd....Read both ecu files and post it. i fix it for u

I have flash bdm read but this is read after I'm broken ecu when I'm write another file from OBD. I dont have orginal flash read BDm
I know this is stupid but sometimes that happens :-(

ok. I must write my broken file through OBD but now i must repair ECu because it is not recognized with OBD reading, only BDM.
I must wirte correct BDM file and then write my broken flash with OBD. Then i read full BDM and post here. I think correct ?
