DACIA Logan 1.4 2005 cranking but no start

Hello dear friends,
I have problem with a car that is cranking but it will not start. I have checked there is no spark on spark plugs.
Autel is reading two trouble codes:
DF272 Active Coded line circuit short circuit to earth.
DF524 Active Actuator relay output voltage Open circuit or short circuit.

Does anyone please have idea what it could be? I appreciate any help.
