daihatsu materia immo problem

Hi mates,
The battery of this car was disconnected for almost 2 month and now the car does not start anymore.It is 2008 daihatsu materia 1.5 16v motor code 3sz-ve
I have tried the following:
1.disconnedted the battery for 30 minutes but it did not work(immo keeps blinking)
2.I have programed a new tranponder but it still the same
3.by obd shorted pin 4+13 for almost an hour also it still the same,
I believe that synchonization between ecu and immo is fauly.
Please I need your help either to repair synchronization or immo off or maybe a good paired files so I can make a new tranponder.
