Airbag clear crash data Chevrolet S10 or virgin dump

Hello, guys. I have a airbag ECU from a Chevrolet S10 that is with error code B101D-00 = Hardware malfunction. It is impossible to erase the DTC and there is nothing wrong with the ECU physically.
Anyway, I tried to replace for another ECU that I had but the scanner now gave me a VIN error and I can't find a VIN on the file, so I read all the data from the original ECU and wrote on the new. But now the scanner doesn't even have acess to the airbag ECU. That's very weird.

So I was thinking if some of you guys can help me find what is wrong with the file or if someone has a virgin file would be great.

The ECU part number is 94726743.
The MCU is a MAC7242.
