These radio's don't have a code, they have a pairing PIN, it could easily be a word/symbols etc..
If the radio is new to the car then the PIN you get from it won't help you as the PIN is from the previous car.
Pairing PIN's are stored in the Display/Immo system.
As to your question, the PIN is copied to 418h on this model, other models have different locations.
