Omega VP44 problem P1631, P1651, P1630

Hi, I has problem with fuel pump VP44 Bosch in my Opel Omega 1997
Before has errors P1631, P1651 found problem in pump transistor, replaced but car didnt start, no errors, but after cranking for half minute I gor new error P1630. after erasing it gone, but after half minute of cranking ....same error P1630.
Please help

Is the actuator between the injection pipe (tailside of pump)
ticking when cranking????

possible actuator failure, to be sure check signals to actuator.

What typ of transistor do you use?

Used irz44n.
I disconnected one injector and when cranking diesel goes through , But when connected injector outside diesel didn't goes through injector.

sounds like a lot of air in the fuel system, try to tow the car or use brakecleaner to start

(beware this can affect th health of your engine)

do not use irz44!use IRL3803!Or IRLR 2905.the errors mast be cleaned after motor starts.

and if the error p1651 doesn?t erease after replace the EDC unit with a new part??would be the central unit ??
