    Default service box diagbox activation with RRDI code

    hello all.
    i am trying to activate my DiagBox software , download from the service box , i installed the software and then is asking for the RRDI code witch i been using from my account but is always coming back with failure (internal error -
    The customer code entered does not exist or is not associated with the marque expected)
    Anyone been dealing with this before ? thanks

    Yes login and my account and RRDi code , have one token also

    And one more problem, which you'll face. Any change in the car is guarded by RMI (Sе-RMI) code, which you should get from the PSA for every car in maintenance.

    To get this code you should have 19 hours of education...

    Any solution related to the RMI will be welcome.

    I'm not sure is possible to activate the DiagBox without a token bought but I can try in the middle of the next week. I have a download link for V09.47, which should be not the latest. If you have a newer one and would like to share the link by PM, I'll try with the latest or newer than mine. If not, I'll try with what I have. I have a registration in the ServiceBox for many years, so we can watch what will happen.

    To report the success. Because I still didn't buy any tokens, I used V09.47, which I mentioned. After the download and a long-long install, it asked me about the type of use. After that, I should enter my RRDI and nothing more. The software comes activated without any password or something else. The next step is to choose your brand and log in with your account name and password. Tested with the vehicle. Modules were scanned but I can't do anything more without a token.

    My suggestion is you have some problem with a firewall or something computer or system based. The DiagBox informs me about a new version but without a token, I can't find an update via the update check.
