ERROR ODS8011E INSTALL ODIS ENGINEERING 12.2

trying to install ODIS ENGINEERING 12.2 on my PC

but I get this error ODS8011E, when trying to connect to the vehicle also does not identify the VIN

I have a genuine interface TACTRIX OPENPORT 2.0

I have several doubts about it, you can use this interface with ODIS

I am stuck on a VW Passat 2.0TDI 2007 to update the engine module (PPD1.2) via ODIS ENGINEERING
